United Methodist Church Commissions Diane Cadrain to Create 3 Wall Hangings

Cadrain_GrowingCadrain_RootedDiane Cadrain is working on the third and final banner commissioned by the United Methodist Church of Hartford.

The banners will be displayed as an illustration of the congregation’s three-part mission statement, symbolized by a growing tree.

Seen here are Phase 1: “Rooted in God’s Love” (left)

and Phase 2: “Growing in God’s Grace” (right)

Phase 3: “Reaping the Fruits of Peace and Justice” is due on Easter.
