"Layers of Memory"
(Open to ALL SAQA members)
This exhibit will display work that explores the complex theme of memory. The retrieval of the past can involve many layers including the persistence of recurring memory, the forgotten past, and the nature of recollection.
This will be a traveling exhibition, going to each venue on the Mancuso World Quilt Show circuit, premiering in August 2011 and concluding with the Denver National Quilt Festival in May of 2012. Additional venues may be added.
