Good News!
I have been hired as one of the new instructors at JoAnns on Central Ave in Yonkers, NY.
This Saturday, September 10, between the hours of 1 pm and 3 pm, I will be in the new JoAnn Fabrics store to introduce the quilting classes.Anyone who registers on Saturday for the following classes will get 50% off the class fee.
Please invite the guild members to come to the classroom and see what we will be teaching at the new store.
The classes I will be teaching are:
Quilting 101 - Rotary cutting and accurate piecing - you will learn to make the Hole in the Barn Door block (free rotary cutter with registration fee)
ONE 2.5 HOUR SESSION - SEPT 20 9:30-12:00, OCT 1 9:00-11:30,
OCT 8 9:30-12:00, or OCT 28 6:00-8:30
Quilting 102 - In A Bind - learn how to accurately piece, quilt, and bind a potholder, all the things you need to know to make a quilt!
ONE 3 HOUR SESSION - SEPT 17 9:30-12:30 and OCT. 16 2:30-5:30
Quilting 202 - Playing with Blocks - learn to make a quilt using a quilt as you go, expanded block technique -
