On September 20th at 2:00 pm Eastern, the first group of 12 x 12 art quilts will go up for bid.
Since so many art quilts were donated by our generous members, SAQA will organize auction in 3 stages:
The artwork on Pages 1a and 1b will begin their Auction on Sept 20th.
Artwork on pages 2a and 2b will be auctioned starting on Sept. 27th
The opening bid price is $750. Prices will decline over the days, but don’t wait too long to bid on your favorite – the longer you wait the greater chance someone else will grab it!
You do NOT have to be a SAQA member to bid on these beautiful quilts!
Check out our running slideshow (ride side of page), previewing over 280 fine art quilts. Anyone and everyone may view the auction quilts on SAQA’s public website and place a bid. Take a look, pick your favorites and make a note of what day they will open for bidding.
