Local Color 3 Exhibit Catalog - 2nd edition
Hi Everyone-
If you are an LC3 artist please note that there were a few errors discovered in the 1st edition of the exhibit catalog. A team is correcting the changes and a 2nd edition will be published. The 2nd edition will be nearly identical to the first but with a few updates. SAQA will NOT be issuing refunds to those who purchased the 1st edition.
If you notice something blatantly wrong, like your name misspelled please email localcolorexhibit@gmail.com
so it can be corrected for the 2nd edition.
Deadline for sending changes is 12 NOON on MARCH 1, 2018.
Once the 2nd edition goes to print there will be no additional changes.
Please DO NOT send
- New images or detail images of your quilt.
- Revised artist statements because you thought of something new to say.
- Your suggestions for things like fonts, layout, background color or size dimensions of the book.

Changing of the Guard
I sending out a big thanks to Kelly Lorraine who served as the co-rep for the past 2+ years! I am sure everyone appreciated her can-do spirit, energy and leadership.
Stepping in as the new co-rep is JAN DOYLE. I am so excited to have the opportunity to work with her!
We also have a couple of new volunteers for the CT region.Mary Lachman has volunteered to update the blog. When you have news to share with the SAQA-CT community email it to her at lachmanmf@aol.com
Rosalind Spann has volunteered to coordinate the Fall 2018 Retreat. She will be sharing more information soon. If you would like to help Roz please email her at tqtribe@yahoo.com
Again, wishing a fond farewell to Kelly for her service as rep and thank you to Jan, Mary and Roz for taking on these new roles for SAQA-CT!
