Barb McKie Wins Prize for Color at Mid-Atlantic Quilt Festival

Connecticut fiber artist Barbara Barrick McKie took home the prize for "Best Use of Color” from the Mid-Atlantic Quilt Festival in Hampton, Virginia for her quilt The Squirrel’s Speech.

McKie has been participating in quilt festivals for many years, and has quite a collection of awards for her photo-printed works.  You can see more of Barb’s quilts on her website:
