Loprete_SkySMLeft Bank Gallery Essex is a 5,000 square foot art space offering work by over 50 renowned and emerging contemporary artists.  The space features painting, photography, sculpture and more including an extensive array of handmade jewelry by area artists and silversmiths. From traditional landscapes or maritime scenes to contemporary abstracts and graphic art, Left Bank Gallery Essex is dedicated to offering a balance of high quality original artwork and affordable pricing.

The Gallery was established in May 2008 as a destination for art and design in Connecticut and New England, exhibiting work by over 60 artists and artisans from the local area and beyond. “We have a very diverse group of fresh, new art,” says Laurie McGinley, co-owner.
